Timeframe to Start the Program:From the moment you receive your THIN program kit, you have6 monthsto begin your program. This period allows you to get prepared and start the program at a time that works best for you.Post-6-Month Window:If you choose to begin your programafter 6 monthsfrom receiving your kit, please note that the benefits associated with your program will be impacted.
Loss of Coaching Support: Access to personalized coaching support will no longer be available after the 6-month period.
Membership Site Access: You will lose access to the membership site, including any program materials, resources, and tools.
H2 Virtual Method Facebook Group Access:You will forfeit access to the exclusive H2 Virtual Method Facebook community.
This policy ensures that participants who are actively engaging with the program benefit fully from all resources and support we offer. Delaying the start of your program may lead to missed opportunities for coaching and community engagement, which are key to your success.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Once the item(s) are back in our possession, we will then process the return accordingly. Please be aware there is a $250 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund total.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will require photo proof if the package arrived damaged or incorrect. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 BUSINESS days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
