1. Happy Healthy T.H.I.N. Program is a holistic metabolism program with virtual coaching you can follow from anywhere.
You will receive notifications about the program via sms, email and through virtual coaching through office hours.
Messages are reminders to attend the virtual coaching - office hours, promos and discounts available to members and non-members and other marketing materials and guidelines re: program.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the (817) 873-3675. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

THIN Program Policy: Kit Activation and Support Access
We are excited that you have chosen to participate in the THIN program! To ensure you make the most of your journey, please review the following important guidelines regarding the activation of your program:
Program Start & Activation Policy
Enrollment & Membership Duration
From the date of enrollment in the H2THIN Metabolism Program, clients receive 120 days (4 months) of access to the H2 Membership Program (“Membership Program”).
The Membership Program is a subscription-based program designed to provide education, coaching access, community, and member-only benefits during the active membership period.
What’s Included During the Active Membership Period
While your Membership Program is active, you receive access to:
Exclusive private Facebook community
Private membership site and educational resources
Weekly office hours with our coaches, Dr. Rob, and Dr. Randy
20% discount on H2 products
Special member pricing for additional rounds
Eligibility to become an H2 Ambassador and earn referral commissions
Program Start Flexibility
Clients may choose to start the program at a later time, provided that:
The program is started within 6 months of the original enrollment date, and
The client understands that membership access is time-bound and does not pause or extend based on start date.
Membership Expiration & Access Limitations
Membership access expires automatically 4 months (120 days) after enrollment, regardless of when the program is started.
After the 4-month membership period ends, clients will no longer have access to:
Coaching support
Weekly office hours
Private Facebook community
Membership site resources
Ambassador eligibility
Clients who begin the program after their membership period has expired may continue independently but will not receive coaching, community access, or member benefits unless they re-enroll or renew membership (if available).
Additional Rounds & Membership
Member pricing for additional rounds is available only during an active membership period.
Additional rounds purchased do not include or extend the 120-day Membership Program access.
Important Notes
Membership timeframes are fixed and non-transferable.
Access is based on enrollment date, not product usage or program start date.
Failure to start the program within the membership period does not qualify for extensions, pauses, or refunds outside the published refund policy.
Impact of Delayed Start:
Loss of Coaching Support: Access to personalized coaching support will no longer be available after the 4-month period.
Membership Site Access: You will lose access to the membership site, including any program materials, resources, and tools.
H2 Virtual Method Facebook Group Access:You will forfeit access to the exclusive H2 Virtual Method Facebook community.
Why This Policy Exists:
This policy ensures that participants who are actively engaging with the program benefit fully from all resources and support we offer. Delaying the start of your program may lead to missed opportunities for coaching and community engagement, which are key to your success.
Health, Safety, and Adverse Event Disclosure
1. Individual Responsibility & Medical Oversight
Participation in the program is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion. The program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Participants acknowledge that individual responses may vary and agree to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning the program and if any concerning symptoms arise.
2. Discontinuation Requirement
Participants agree to immediately discontinue the program and seek appropriate medical care if they experience adverse symptoms or health concerns. Continued participation during the presence of concerning symptoms is solely at the participant’s discretion and responsibility.
3. Communication & Support Limitation
Coaching and support services are educational in nature and are not designed to provide medical advice or emergency assistance. Participants acknowledge that real-time medical monitoring or emergency response is not provided as part of the program.
4. Reporting of Adverse Events
Participants agree to promptly notify the company of any adverse reactions or safety concerns during the program period. Failure to provide timely notice may limit the company’s ability to assess, respond to, or accommodate such concerns.
5. Refund Policy Applicability
Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the published refund policy. Self-reported adverse experiences, particularly those reported after program completion or outside the refund window, do not automatically qualify for exceptions or refunds.
6. Assumption of Risk
By enrolling, participants acknowledge and accept that dietary changes, supplementation, and lifestyle interventions may carry inherent risks, and they voluntarily assume responsibility for their participation.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Once the item(s) are back in our possession, we will then process the return accordingly. Please be aware there is a $250 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund total.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will require photo proof if the package arrived damaged or incorrect. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 BUSINESS days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
