Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair refund policy to accommodate our valued participants. Please review our refund terms carefully:

Retreat Tickets:

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, up to September 10, 2024. Please note, the 7-day refund period does not extend beyond September 10, 2024.

Partial Refund: From September 11 to October 3, 2024, you are eligible for a 50% refund that will be applied towards a future Happy Healthy Retreat Ticket.

Hotel Rooms:

Full Refund: A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, up to September 10, 2024. The 7-day refund period does not extend beyond September 10, 2024 .

Partial Refund: After September 11 , 2024, the cost of 2 nights will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Refundable Policy

Full refunds are not applicable for any purchases, either retreat tickets or room accommodations, made on or beyond September 11, 2024.

In case of cancellation within 3 weeks of the retreat start date, no refund is possible, and the booking is non-transferable.

No refund will be provided for premature departure from the retreat or failure to arrive for any reason.
